The Gathering is the annual Board of Directors and Advisory Council meeting. These meetings are not only to conduct the business of the ministry but to press into the Lord and pray about each decision, vision, and plan for the future of the ministry.

1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Personnel Committee Meeting (Board Officers Only)
3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Executive Committee Meeting (Executive Committee Only)
4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Dinner (On Your Own)
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: The Gathering 2024 Begins: Worship, Prayer, CEO Report

9:00 a.m. - 11:30 am: Mandatory Board Meeting with Advisory Council
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch (On Your Own)
1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.: Mandatory Board Meeting with Advisory Council
