Mark Barrow
Worship Leader
Mark was born into the church's life in 1968. He was born and raised in Elkton, Maryland. He attended and served in the Methodist church for 32 years. He grew in faith through excellent teaching, sacraments, service, and witness. There, he got the call to be a worship leader. In 1998, he was searching for more. He felt that the ministry was dry and just going through the motions. He attended an Aldersgate Conference in Dallas, TX. There, he experienced the fullness of the Holy Spirit moving in a way described in the New Testament during Pentecost. In October 2016, the Lord led the ministry to elect Mark as the Chief Executive Officer of ARM. Following the leading of the Lord, he accepted that position. He continues to serve in leading the Aldersgate Renewal Ministries to equip and encourage God’s people to live empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Daniel Brownlow
Children's Leadership
Daniel Brownlow has spent the last 16 years as everyone's hero—a firefighter. During his time in the fire service, his favorite moments included dressing up as Sparky the Fire Dog, visiting school classrooms to teach fire safety, and participating in public service events that involved kids. These experiences have not only shaped his career but also fueled his passion for working with children.

Keynote
Margie is passionate about prayer and has created numerous resources for individuals and churches to learn to pray in the power of the Holy Spirit. She always desires to walk in intimacy with God and listens for the Lord’s words of life.
Rev. Don Olm
Keynote
Don is a retired Methodist minister. Originally from Wisconsin he now lives near Nashville, TN. Don came to know Jesus as his savior when he was 33 years old. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:8. Don is a graduate of The Course of Study School - Saint Paul School of Theology - Kansas. He leads a home group in his local church and serves on the Advisory Council of Aldersgate Renewal Ministries. Don is also a volunteer Chaplain at a Nashville Hospital.
Jennifer Peat
Youth Leadership
Jen has a heart for the Next Generation to understand that they are not too young to experience the power of the Holy Spirit, walk in their God-Given Identity, and have a deep and intimate relationship with Jesus. This comes from growing up in Wisconsin, attending many Aldersgate conferences, and Spirit-Filled experiences throughout her teenage and college years. Jen has a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Asbury University and has graduated from various ministry leadership schools. Jen currently serves ARM as the Executive Assistant. She previously served a church as a youth pastor and has regularly volunteered in various ministries in churches and at ARM since college, including but not limited to Children’s, Youth, Worship and Dance, and Food Pantry. Jen and her daughter, Bella, live in White House, TN.
