Location:
Conference sessions will take place at both the Hyatt Regency and the connecting Columbus Convention Center.
Housing:
The Hyatt Regency Columbus offers a great nightly rate of $89 plus tax which includes parking. Along with many amenities, the hotel also has an indoor pool and fitness center. The hotel does provide a small business center with computers, fax/copier and printers and ATM in the lobby. Please make your reservations by June 11, 2008. Hotel reservations are first come, first served.
Eating Options:
The Hyatt offers an in-house restaurant which complements the food court located in the Convention Center. Chinese food, hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, subs, sandwiches, ice-cream and breakfast foods are some of the offerings at the food court. There are also many diverse sit-down restaurants within walking distance of the Convention Center.
Travel: Driving to Columbus is easy! The main east-west highway is I-70. There are two primary north-south freeways, I-71 and St. Rte. 315. The outerbelt, I-270, circles the city. I-670 connects the airport to downtown and continues to the west side.
Should you choose to fly, Port Columbus International Airport (CMH) is 10 minutes from downtown and boasts multiple low-fare airline options. The hotel does NOT provide an airport shuttle. We encourage you to pre-arrange your shuttle by calling one of these transportation companies: Arch Transportation 614.252.2277, Urban Express 614.856.1000, or Dublin Super Shuttle 614.868.8888. Current cab fare is estimated at $20 each way.
